- Realtors should be given a gate code by the home/lot owner who has the lot on sale. If the home/lot owner does not give the gate code, the realtor may contact the HOA to obtain a gate code for the specific lot on sale.
- The realtor shall accompany all potential buyers to view the lot or house.
- There should be no access until after closing.
